End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Untaxed for the use of the Untaxed application ("the App"), available on the Google Play Store, Apple App Store, Solana Seeker dApp Store, and Chrome Web Store.

1. Grant of License

Untaxed grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with this EULA and the Terms of Service.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the App to build a competing product or service

3. Intellectual Property

The App and all related materials are owned by Untaxed and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This EULA does not grant you any rights to trademarks, service marks, or trade names. See our Copyright Notice for details.

4. Third-Party Software

The App incorporates the following open-source and third-party components:

• Jetpack Compose — Apache License 2.0
• Hilt / Dagger — Apache License 2.0
• OkHttp / Retrofit — Apache License 2.0
• Kotlin & Coroutines — Apache License 2.0
• AndroidX Libraries — Apache License 2.0
• Bouncy Castle — MIT License
• Coil — Apache License 2.0
• ZXing — Apache License 2.0

These components are used under their respective licenses. Their inclusion does not affect the proprietary nature of the Untaxed application itself.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. UNTAXED DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL UNTAXED BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF FUNDS, DATA, OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP.

7. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.

8. Platform-Specific Terms

When the App is distributed through the Google Play Store, Apple App Store, or Solana Seeker dApp Store, the respective platform's terms also apply. In the event of a conflict, this EULA takes precedence except where overridden by platform requirements.

9. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
