Untaxed Wallet is a Chrome browser extension that facilitates cryptocurrency trading on the Solana blockchain via third-party services including Jupiter and Helius. The Extension provides:

• Wallet management and key storage
• Token detection on axiom.trade
• Swap execution via Jupiter Ultra API
• Position and PnL tracking
• Token metadata fetching via Helius DAS

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your wallet password and private keys
• All transactions executed through the Extension
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Understanding the risks associated with cryptocurrency trading
• Backing up your private keys and recovery phrases

4. Financial Risks

Cryptocurrency trading carries significant financial risk. You may lose some or all of your investment. The Extension is provided as-is without any financial advice or guarantees. You acknowledge that:

• Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile
• Trading memecoins and low-liquidity tokens is extremely risky
• Smart contract exploits and rug pulls are common
• Transaction fees and slippage may affect your returns
• The Extension does not guarantee trade execution or pricing

5. No Financial Advice

Nothing in the Extension constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All information provided is for informational purposes only. You should consult with qualified professionals before making any financial decisions.

6. Third-Party Services

The Extension integrates with third-party services including but not limited to:

• Jupiter Ultra API — Swap routing and execution
• Helius DAS — Token metadata and wallet data
• Solana RPC — Blockchain interaction

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or functionality of these third-party services. Their use is subject to their respective terms of service.

7. No Warranty

THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Extension will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Transactions will be executed at expected prices
• Defects will be corrected
• The Extension is free from viruses or harmful components

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPERS, CONTRIBUTORS, OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE EXTENSION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of funds or cryptocurrency
• Loss of profits or trading opportunities
• Data loss or corruption
• Business interruption

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developers, contributors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Extension or violation of these Terms.

10. Privacy and Data

11. Open Source License

The Extension is open-source software. Contributions and modifications are governed by the repository's license terms. Using the Extension does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property.

12. Modification of Terms

13. Termination

You may stop using the Extension at any time by uninstalling it from your browser. We may discontinue or modify the Extension without notice.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Extension developers regarding use of the Extension.
